Eligible households are served based on household size and the City’s occupancy standards as well at the City’s selection preferences. Preference is given to Cambridge residents, households with children, and emergency need, as defined by the City.

How much is my monthly rent?

Your rent at Prism will be calculated at 30% of your household’s gross monthly income.

Final rent will be determined after an allowance for utilities that you pay is deducted.

There will be an additional fee for parking.
